Awful service. Horrible lady with red hair refused to serve me my wifes medication because she couldn't be bothered to sort through the tablets delivery boxes. Had to result in my wife using family members medications. NHS England are aware and the investigation is still ongoing. Avoid at all costs.

I have kindness and care from this chemist they can only work with what they have most chemists have a queu now .

Well were do I start been this morning after waiting in the quéue for 10 mins there was 5staff that I saw I went for medication they owed me insulin to be exact and after the pharmacist said she only owed me one when I told her she owed me two when the young lady weng to look in the fridge she came back with one I said again it was two you owed me she said let me look again she looked in the same fridge and she came back with the two she owed me so I ended up with 3 they must of owed me one from ages ago if they wasn't two busy talking to each other they wouldnt have a queue and you wouldn't have to repeat your self 3 times

After using the awful asda pharmacy, I started using Morrisons. Never had a problem. All staff have been great. I have had prescriptions sent through by the doctor and got them an hour later. I cannot fault them

If you have children I wouldn?t recommend this pharmacy the pharmacist is so far up his own it doesn?t matter what your situation is he has no feelings I went for paracetamol for my son he?s never had the strawberry one before and he don?t like it this was nearly 2 weeks ago on the minor ailments scheme today my little girl is teething and needed some teething gel but bcos I got paracetamol 2 weeks ago for my son she?s got to suffer in pain also my some who is 4 and half month old was in hospital the other day for a viral infection I was told to go get paracetamol and nurofen (obviously not strawberry flavour) on the minor ailments scheme but again we was refusing this pharmacist is so cold hearted he?s going to let a 4 month old and a 2 year old suffer ????There is also the fact that they alway seem to loose everyone?s prescriptions or they can never find them this pharmacist (uzo) I think it says he?s called either needs to be excused from his role as a pharmacist and replaced with someone more kind and caring instead of someone that has there head up there own a** will not be using this pharmacist again.Please if you have children find another pharmacist.

No patient care if the order means they have to split a pack and impact on their costs even though after a few weeks it will be a regular order, very uncaring and short sighted, good luck in your selfish life

Two really bad experiences now by my husband collecting medication on my behalf. Staff have asked him if I've already collected them on an earlier date, when he says no he has been asked again if he is sure. Rude and adrupt answers to queries he has, told to come back another day and when he does prescription still isn't ready so told to come back again. serving other people before him I.e blantenly ignoring him. Lack of communication when giving medication re items owing. However, pharmacist was lovely and recognised that the female member of staff wasn't being helpful and came over to apologise and sort the issues out .

Not good im afraid.. always go to the surgery and order all my medication to pick up a week later.. they are normally at the pharmacy ready..i went along to the pharmacy was asked the names i was picking meds up for.. they wasnt all ready. Then when i was handed a couple of medication bags i went off on my way only to find when id got home.. i had quite ALOT missing..i hurrid back..explained what was missing and was told one wasnt in until next day..i then said well i had no paper slip given or nothing was mentioned either..i got a bag of what i thought were the missing meds..NO.. still missing topical med and one box of tabs.. i gave up.. So i have now wrote all down what i expect to recieve and will check in the future before i leave this pharmacy..have gone here fore a while but this time service is slipping and i was made to feel it was my fault.. perhaps for not checking..NEVER AGAIN xx
