2nd time in a month that I have used this drive thru. First time we couldn't order for about 30mins then when did order had to wait a further 15mins for food.
Last night we went back. After a shortish wait to order we were placed in a queue. The guy in the car in front fell asleep it took that long. Approx 40 minutes wait is not 'fast-food'.
Food was stone cold when we got it.
I don't go to maccas for quality. I go for speed. This place needs better management asap.
Avoid.

Again I ordered 2 meals for myself and my wife and for a 2nd time it has come incomplete where 1 of us doesn't eat which I find highly incompetent. Also when you try to call to make them aware they never answer the phone due to not wanting to take a complaint or admit they were wrong

No receipt available from machine, staff no access to provide receipt, had to wait as only part of the order was offered first time, then when we got home burger and chips missing, staff not interested because couldn't prove order due to no receipt avoid this place at all costs won't be returning

There needs to be a no star option for reviews. Went to the Kingswood store with my children and Grandchildren to try the newly advertised even better Mmm burger.
On arrival we were greeted with a bunch of foul mouthed vaping chavs throwing food around the place, not even being challenged by any member of staff.
So what is this newly advertised Mmm burger like, simple answer cold and tasteless.
On leaving the place the foul mouthed vaping chavs were still there unchallenged by any member of staff, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Do not waste your time visiting this dump.

If you like the "Speedy" service McDonald's is famous for avoid this outlet. The staff all teenagers are rude, would rather talk amongst themselves then deal with customers. They drive through is always backed up food is always cold and the fries never ever seasoned, it's a frikkin disgrace to the name.
