Hello. it's 2 a.m., I felt like eating something, I ordered medium fries, the fries were cold and old, I went back to return them and the manager gave me another medium fries that were put in hot oil for 1 minute, disgusting food, how can such people be as a manager I don't understand

Ordered through uber eats, missing a double quater pounder, missing a fillet o-fish, missing the dips I paid for. Called the store to complain and never even had an apology, he just told me there was nothing he could do and told me to have a nice day at 12am. Clearly he's time at school didn't teach him day from night. Hence his job at mcdonald's, had to get a refund from uber eats that gave me a whole £3.56 back. So thanks for robbing me blind and the food that did come was absolutely gross.

Literally every single order placed here is supplied incorrectly (mcdelivery and drive thru) so much so that we actively avoid this place even though it's our nearest. How difficult is it to count/check order items?!!

Overpriced like all McDonald's these days, food cold, fries where greasy and nasty, way too much sauce in burgers, staff couldn't care less, filthy inside, food all badly put together and overall bad experience.
