To be honest, it should be 5 stars. However, I ordered 5 chicken selects and small fries. I actually got a bbq ranch burger, large fries, and a 20 nugget box. It was drive through so didnt realise to drove off. Thank you Hull Kingswood for messing up my order again. You could forgive a mistake but they never get it right.

I've ordered delivery about 2 hours ago and kept getting time changes, so of course tried calling to see what's up nothing. Ended up calling 6 times and it kept telling me the line is either too busy which it wasn't at 7pm to 9pm and also it told me the line was already taken even tho there's been 6 calls and no answer at this point 30 quid down the drain just because they can't have drivers pick up any orders then WHAT'S THE POINT OF DELIVERY IF YOU DONT HAVE ANY DRIVERS AT ALL. Please don't order from McDonalds at all as they can't take calls or have any drivers to do any deliveries just had enough of this

We had visited this McD last weekend and there were a group of kids creating mess. Must be so annoying for the staff. This review is for one working there named ?Titi?, she is a true gem to them. The whole time we saw her cleaning the trays, table and interacting with the customers. Had a lot of positivity in her. Doing all of this with a wide smile ?

This has always been our local McDonald's and when I'm trying to do app orders it'll default to the other one in asda which is worse than this store.
Every since 2020, this place has massively gone down hill!! Some of the staff are good friendly and try to help, but the management is none existent, the kitchen is so slow and the food always looks like it's been punched, my last visit has pushed me over the edge and I will never set foot on this store again or order from them either.
Me and my wife went in at 10:23 (our order time) we didn't recieve our food for 27 mins! And it was but 1 item cold, and not just been sat for a couple of minutes cold but its been there for 20 cold! There was mess all over the floors inside and out of the kitchen area and staff even kicked a brush out the way that was on the floor several times rather than pick it up. Customer services where of no use either, shocking now DONT TOUCH!!!

Can not rate food or service as after waiting nearly 2 hours for a delievery it still hasn't even started being prepared... absolutely abysmal would avoid at all cost

Shocking service from this store again, 2 items missing. This is numerous times this has happened. Can't have a refund unless I come in . Discusting, making money out of people. Why would I travel to you for a refund, that's the whole point of delivery. Get your staff doing there jobs properly. It happens too often.

Parking: The McDonald?s I visited had excellent parking, with plenty of spaces available and a well-organized layout. The lot was easy to navigate, and there were designated spots close to the entrance for accessibility. Despite being busy, the parking area felt spacious, and entering or exiting was hassle-free. This made the experience much more convenient and stress-free.

I ordered a vegan patty and was given a beef burger. I knew it was a beef burger because it was spicy and a burger just released is spicy. My meat eating partner tried the burger and was sure it was beef! I then went in to let them know but was told it wasn?t meat. I?m someone who would NEVER complain but I?m almost certain it was meat as tasted completely different to what it usually tastes like so thought it was important to let them know. After not eating meat for over 5 years I?m deeply disappointed and I?m even more disappointed that I was treated like I was lying. Im also disappointed that they didn?t take it seriously. I?m an honest person and would not make a fuss over nothing. The restaurant was extremely busy and I understand mistakes happen but this is a mistake that effects peoples serious choices. If your vegan or vegetarian I would definitely NOT recommend going to this McDonalds

The self service order kiosk was easy to use, however, the code scanner wasn't working.
Be aware, that if you order table service, for some reason, you don't get a paper receipt.
I questioned this but, I was told, it just happens.
The food came quickly and was tasty and hot.
The staff were very pleasant and friendly.
The place itself was very clean and tidy.
