To be honest, it should be 5 stars. However, I ordered 5 chicken selects and small fries. I actually got a bbq ranch burger, large fries, and a 20 nugget box. It was drive through so didnt realise to drove off. Thank you Hull Kingswood for messing up my order again. You could forgive a mistake but they never get it right.

I've ordered delivery about 2 hours ago and kept getting time changes, so of course tried calling to see what's up nothing. Ended up calling 6 times and it kept telling me the line is either too busy which it wasn't at 7pm to 9pm and also it told me the line was already taken even tho there's been 6 calls and no answer... read full comment

We had visited this McD last weekend and there were a group of kids creating mess. Must be so annoying for the staff. This review is for one working there named ‘Titi’, she is a true gem to them.
