Wouldn?t normally complain here but numerous times had issues with this place including tonight, why can?t this place not get orders right ? and constantly cold or burnt food , the management is terrible. Genuinely don?t know how this is still open

Food not cooked at all, very cold, worker made us wait 25 mins for chips saying they?re making a fresh batch, the chips came out white, tasteless and cold, burger was rock solid. Worst McDonald ever

Had to wait in the car park for 10 mins for food. When food arrived it was cold not impressed at all very poor service.

Quite disappointed. Took my granddaughter who is 5 for a treat - we don't really do fast food. Last time I was there they had iPad stations and balloons for kids. Nothing anymore - tables were dirty and bins full. Food took 25 minutes and was not hot. Certainly won't be going again.
Kid-friendliness: Can think of nicer places where ppl are not 6 deep waiting on orders and justeat delivery ppl in and out

Been regularly poping in after work for a drive through to get some food after work, quite often there would be a item missing from the order, but never complained. Today popped in after yet another missing item from the order 2 days ago. Brought a receipt and wanted to get the missing item back. Asked to speak to manager and explained politely that it's happening frequently specifically at this branch. Been told she can't help and that I have to call and complain same day. So basically been told to f.off as they won't give me what I paid for which is appalling considering how much money we spend here and never complained about all the missing items over the years. Manager Naomi was not helpful at all. Just said complain online as we won't be able to help you. Won't be coming back to this branch. Disrespectful, not helpful and ignorant.
