On 09.01.2025 about 2000pm I received worst mcdonald food ever. Mcflurry was all melted and stired togheter to hide the fact icream was melted. Soggy chips and cold literally oil was dripping out of them. Coke instead being inside cup was poor all over food and tray. After complain on the counter to woman in white shirt (probably manager or supervisor)about food the respond I got was that how we do mcflurry now and my food is looks fine to her so I asked to return my money for this food. Mcdonalds sort you self out or I start going to Wendy's.
After this bad expierience we went to diffrent mcdonald on holderness road and mcflurry i got was perfect not melted not mixed with spoon by somebody else.

Can't even get a basic order correct, then when you ring up to get it resolved, you get a snotty manager with ridiculously poor customer service skills. Monkeys would run the place better. 0/10
As well as missing items from my order. This is an image of my big mac with an already half-eaten patty and "extra pickles" that i asked for?

3 trips ago wrong order, last trip lost my order, this trip cold food, only thing colder was the expression on the staffs face when I mentioned it.
Maccies was never quality food but here they set themselves low standards and still fail to achieve it.

Typical McDonald's food, but the first one to get my order right in a while, which was appreciated. The place was kept clean and tidy.

Came through the drivethough around half past twelve when there was no other cars there, I placed two orders online. I was sat waiting for around 5 minutes before I received my first order then the guy at the window just walked off while I was still asking him for sauces. He didn't say anything about my other order just made me sit and wait another 5 minutes. Ignoring me every time I tried to ask about it. Got a manager and I was told that they where busy, there was three cars in the drive though all behind me so I don't understand where he was coming from. Would rather go to willerby although they can be crap they have never been so rude to customers.

I prefer Wendy's now, a trip to Maccy D is average now, what really spoils it for me is the foreign delivery drivers who come in and almost bully their orders along causing the rest of us to wait longer than we should.

Popped in late at night after seeing IzenGard playing at O'Riley's in Hull. We parked up & ordered on the app, from the car, then went through the drive-thru.
Lovely staff, very friendly & everyone had a natural smile & sounded sincere.
Food was hot & tasty in the main but the chicken selects were a bit dry. The only criticism was that the cheese bites had a smell & tang of old cooking oil but it was the end of the day so it was probably due for a change.
