On 09.01.2025 about 2000pm I received worst mcdonald food ever. Mcflurry was all melted and stired togheter to hide the fact icream was melted. Can't even get a basic order correct, then when you ring up to get it resolved, you get a snotty manager with ridiculously poor customer service skills. Monkeys would run the place better. 0/10

3 trips ago wrong order, last trip lost my order, this trip cold food, only thing colder was the expression on the staffs face when I mentioned it. Maccies was never quality food but here they set themselves low standards and still fail to achieve it. Sorry…St Andrews in Hull
