It was very busy but we soon got a table. We were upstairs and one item was missing from our order plus we ran out of ketchup. The assistant upstairs immediately put this right for us and was delighted to help. We also appreciate the calories and nutrition information. The Grandchildren love ordering their own food.

Very bad service unfortunately I can give them 0. Only fries were fresh and hot, the rest were barely warm. Chisburger don't have any vegetables, nageds see better days. I order 4 sos fir it bu they give me just 2 and when I ask about 2 more person serving me gave me another one with a big stick. Order 4 and I wait more them 10 min for my order. On screen was maybe 8 more orders and all they was serw before mine. I think this please need control from company.

I?m not usually one to complain about service, like, it?s McDonalds, not a michelin starred restaurant, but at least crack a smile, and not stare at me with sheer disgust when in fact I would quite like my take away meal in a bag and not on a tray.

Went through the drive through
It took nearly twenty minutes after paying to finally receive food. Half of it was stone cold the rest was warm at best

Lovely service though sadly my food was cold when it arrived to me which was disappointing and the staff said that they could replace the food.
