Had to do a return and exchange at the store today because I had mistakenly bought a self preserving moisturiser at another store and it didn't agree with me. I had no receipt but Sam was really helpful and exchanged the item for my usual moisturiser and explained the returns policy to me. It made me feel really reassured about any possible future returns and valued as a customer. I've shopped at Lush since they opened in Hull and love the products. Vanishing Cream is my rescue moisturiser, I use it as a night cream and it calms my sensitive skin. I like to use Enzymion as a day cream to balance my oily t-zone. I cant praise Sam enough for her excellent customer service and overall kindness today.

Fantastic! Couldn?t recommend this Lush store more :) Sam was excellent in recommending products and very knowledgeable of what would best suit me, would definitely go back again.

We popped into lush on Saturday and the whole experience was fantastic!The lady who came up to us to explain how the bath bombs can be broken up to make them last was informative and very friendly.I do think that lush should make it more well known that some of the bath bombs can be broken up to get a lot of uses out of them as the prices can seem a bit expensive for just one bath.The man that served us was also really nice and his compliment about my socks was welcomed.10 out of 10 for customer service.

Sean was wonderful. I bought the karma perfume just after Xmas and although I love the other karma products I found the perfume much too strong. Sean spoke to me about the no quibbles return policy and assisted me in finding something more to my liking. Very knowledgeable, gave me as much time as I needed and was generally wonderful. Asset to the company and one very happy lovely smelling customer.
