Came in on Thursday and was firstly greeted by a lovely lady called Sam , although all the staff here and really nice very accommodating, I was after some new products but was hesitant to buy as I wasn?t sure they would be right for me , Sam straight away let me test some products out which were fab I bought everything I wanted she even hooked me up with some samples of other new stuff I wanted to which was great , and I?ll def be back in a few weeks to purchase them aswel , thanks every one at lush

Got served by Raffi. They were very helpful and friendly. I told them what my ideas were for my gift and they directed me to products that matched that idea. Also gave me a nice freebie. Perfect experience and helped make my anniversary a memorable one. Thank you very much.

I really enjoy visiting the Lush store in Hull, the staff are always very friendly and happy to help and I'm a big fan of the products. I would also recommend going to their bath bomb making sessions, I went to one recently where i made the intergalacticbath bomb, Raffi ran the session and was a really great host, and was very knowledgeable of the other products when I was asking questions afterwards.

I am sensitive with smells due to my Autism, so it can be overwhelming coming in here. However, the staff are that amazing and comforting that I can manage it for a few minutes now. They seem well trained and knowledgeable on disabilities and what adjustments we may need. If you need help, ask a member of staff as you walk in.The stock is really cool and varied. Prices are mixed, some surprisingly low, some a bit high. Products are of high quality. Staff are encouraged to give out samples so customers can test before they buy if they wish. They do actually want to make sure a product is right for the customer. They put morals before money and profits.Lush's morals are brilliant and focus on being kind to everyone and respecting everyone and everything. They don't test on animals.Special shout out to Ellie who showed me around the shop and to different products the other week, you were really patient and friendly, just like every other member of staff I've come across here.The shop is accessible to those with physical disabilities and mobility needs.

I think this smile says it all about todays visit. We popped in because my little girl loves to smell the bath bombs, then Sam spoke to us about making our own! My little girl could not WAIT to do this. We will definitely be back to do this again. Thanks so much, great customer service from everyone we encountered. Customer service is always such a big thing for me, and these guys were outstanding! Thank you.

Excellent party for my grandaughter. Sam and Beth were so good with the group of 11 year olds, explaining how to cleanse and look after their skin, making face pack and playing games. Highly recommended.

I have always shopped here and noticed the great customer care in the past but did not realise until recently that Lush do small parties. The staff at this store really are superb and lead the way with this. The whole team go above and beyond but in particular Sam & Ellie and Abby were amazing! Such a great experience, good value and so creative. They made sure the ice was broken straight away and that each party member had the best time according to their needs. I have recommended this to all my friends and cannot speak highly enough of the in store experience in Hull, which definitely goes well beyond what you would expect.

Absolutely love coming in here. Sam was amazing with my 2 boys gave them some samples, showed them some things and they even gave her a cuddle afterwards, such a lovely girl. Amazing customer service best shop in hull easily :)

Took my daughter for her 10th birthday with the family plus friend and Sam and Jenna did an amazing job involving everyone and making everything so much fun. Definitely an experience for all ages

Myself and 2 girls were treat very kindly by a lady called Sam at the Hull Lush store,nothing was too much bother for her and she engaged with the girls lots which they loved,she also gave us lots of free samples to try including face masks which were amazing and enjoyed by all,She made our day...and our pamper night??Thank you so much Sam your generosity was very much appreciated..Lisa,Jas and Jorgie ?

My friends daughter had a party here, it was fabulous, the girls were Called Ellie and Sam who did the party I think, we're real gems and Oliver in the back, the music coordinator, treated all the girls like grown ups and made the party really magical for 13 year olds. The girls all went home smelling beautiful and telling parents how amazing thier time were. So big thumbs up from the teenages and for us oldes who gate crashed because we could. ???
