Please beware £25 per pet per month on top of rent which is not mentioned until trying to book a viewing, this should be made clear on the advertisement, this is probably due to the new laws coming in around pets in rentals however I find this absolutely disgusting considering the prices of properties at the moment.I have not found this with a single other rental agency.Disgusting amount of money when charging near £700 for a property on a busy main road and in a low affluence area.Would be happy to pay extra but this is a disgusting amount, have 10 years rentals with no issues and when I'm not getting that amount back like a deposit I can see no benefits of using this service.*I?ve viewed with them*extra charges re pets should be disclosed on the listing to stop time wasted*extra charges should be reasonable, over £600 a year per pet is not reasonable*market research shouldn?t dictate a lack of affordable housing in low income areas and you cannot justify that

RUDE.The blond woman on the second desk is so rude and up her self.Will tell everyone I know not to use (and I know a lot off ppl and business in hull)Clean your act up lady and deliver customer service properly and talk to ppl not down to ppl

Very professional and quick. Paperwork was finished in less than a week and we managed to move into the new house straight away. Any issues we had, was acted on it immediately. Much appreciated and I would 100% recommend!

Absolutely joke of a company had nothing but mold ridden walls that I clean monthly if not weekly then when they sent a so called professional with the proper stuff out to do the worst effected room look at my surprise when they send a painter and decorator out with a squirty bottle of bleach and a tin of fresh paint

My wife and I have recently rented a house through this company and are really happy! Communication has been excellent and painless throughout the whole process, they are quick to answer phone calls or emails and let us know really quickly when our application was passed. Any little thing we have needed doing upon renting has been actioned promptly and we have been treated in a friendly and professional manner. Would recommend renting through these to anybody, especially someone who works full time as they make sure communication works around you. Thank you for a great experience!
