I have a Mortgage with Leeds building society and today decided to make an overpayment.On the phone I was speaking to Arron Stuart who was absolutely incredible and walked me through the process and explained what happens after I make an over payment. He took payment over the phone which was quick and simple. Arron even answered some questions I had about when my mortgage fixed term ends! Incredible customer service he's a credit to the company.

Beware, as of 1st January 2023 this branch is only open 1st Saturday of each month as well as during the week of course. Helpful and friendly staff.
