This is an Apple premium retailer which means, not only do they provide the knowledge and level of personal experience you would expect from an Apple Store, they may also offer a discount on certain products. I was very happy with the information and advice I received. I have been an Apple user for over 30 years and always found their products reliable, functional. Their longevity more than justifies the premium price.

Massively easier and more personal than tripping all the way to Leeds.

Came in today to ask for advice on my iPhone 14 Pro that had been damaged by water. The guy was so defensive. Had a bad attitude, just told me straight off it would be a £680 bill. Without any concern, any questions and sympathy at my trauma. Atrocious attitude he had. No way to treat a loyal Apple customer of 30 years.

Friendly and very efficient. Apple sent me here when I reported a problem with my MacBook. These guys got it sorted in under a day. It needed a new screen that they didn?t have on stock ! V impressed. Highly recommended.
