“Great customer service in store. Louise the designer in Hull was amazing! Virtual reality kitchen was a fun addition. They were really accommodating about us adding in appliances from other sources too. Parts all came on time, one mix up of a door which was replaced quickly. Worktop mapping was accurate. The best part of the entire experience was the worktop fitters. They spent an hour levelling the quartz and then another two filling and smoothing all the joins until they were perfect.One piece of advice is to have a plumber there when the worktop is installed so that the sinks can be plumbed in at the same time. If we hadn't been able to do it then it would have been a nightmare / almost impossible to do later on.I almost didn't go with Wren as they were shocking when I used them six years ago but they've come on leaps and bounds since then!Services: Kitchen countertop installation”
