Where do I start.
All I can say is KFC is obviously trying to lose custom to other eateries by making bizarre business decisions such as no ordering at the counter despite the place only having 4 customers in it. If you want people to use the self service, have them all working. Despite only one working the poor girl behind the counter couldn't take my order, obviously a poor attempt to save money by employing less people. I wanted to use my blue light card, recently been changed from 25% discount to 10% but everything helps.
The girl said use the self service then scan your blue light card which was completely the wrong information.
Somebody else was waiting to use the self service as only one was working so I needed to wait again.
Despite all of this I still couldn't order at the counter and decided to leave without any food. The couple behind me also got annoyed with the self serve and we all went to Wendy's, great way of losing custom to the other eateries on the retail park.
One positive was it's the cleanest I've seen it in years, quite possibly due to there being no customers.
Wise up !

Leaking roof,puddles of water, so couldn't sit in certain areas. Also, bins overflowing and tables needed a good wipe down, so I'm not impressed

Absolutely atrocious so many hidden charges, drive through, coleslaw should have been instead of the beans, £20, got it home and theres no chips in one box, poor....pay peanuts and get monkeys...
