Walked in to order some food was told can't serve you go to the electronic order point walked into McDonald's around corner spoke to a human who was willing to take my order and money just laziness and you pay these ppl but if I would have turned up in car or ordered for a delivery no problem go to McDonald's lol ??????

Me and my daughter came in one night and used tge self service machine and it came up with technical error when i paid by card then went to the counter and paid for a bargain bucket there, 2 days later i got charged twice , so went to see the manager and he gave me a phone number (customer care team) rang the number loads of times no answer and it gave me email address to complain, no reply, sent letter to head office no reply! Just seen manager, he said cant do anything as it was 3 weeks ago so not just give me voucher or something? I had proof they took it out if my bank twice!!
So becareful when you use the self service machines and i wont be buying out grom kfc again.

We haven't been in for a while. However, we are here now. I can't tell you how stressless Tina makes our whole experience. Tina is efficient, friendly and 100% customer focused. I hope Tina gets the recognition she so deserves. Tina is KFC's superstar. The welcome, the smile she welcomes everyone with.

I absolutely love KFC, but this one can be a bit hit or miss to be completely honest. One day you'll go and the food is great, another day it's rough greasy mess that's obviously been sat around a while.
What is consistently good is the service, and one of the ladies that works there adds her own flair to the drive through and it's hilarious.
Not a fan of eating in, crowded and loads of deliveroo riders But I suppose that's the way it is everwhere now!

Crappy service...cold crappy food....have always enjoyed kfc but twice this particular branch has been less than impressive....took my zinger back because it was cold...girl serving had a bad attitude and asked for my receipt before taking the burger back and bringing me another r....which was also cold

I always order to take home. Tina is always so helpful and friendly. She goes above and beyond in her customer service and always double wraps the food to keep it warm for the 5 mile drive I have home.

ordered 2 meals shown on outside boards got the order through the drive through....got home to find both orders not complete no extra gravy we orderd then rang to tell them but was told you dont get whats on the picture order...and we was mistaken ... has usual lot of money paid for crap service and all reviews say the same ....KFC dont bother replying with the bullshit you dont care , But you offer nothing back just keeping taking money and not checking orders

Very slow to serve customers i was waiting over 30 minutes to get my food when i recieved my food they would rather deal with the drive thru customers than the people in store the chicken was was very greasey and my chips were cold and not seasoned.
