Walked in to order some food was told can't serve you go to the electronic order point walked into McDonald's around corner spoke to a human who was willing to take my order and money just laziness and you pay these ppl but if I would have turned up in car or ordered for a delivery no problem go to McDonald's lol ??????

Me and my daughter came in one night and used tge self service machine and it came up with technical error when i paid by card then went to the counter and paid for a bargain bucket there, 2 days later i got charged twice , so went to see the manager and he gave me a phone number (customer care team) rang the number loads... read full comment
