Worst service ever they charged me extra and they didn?t put a large fries in,When i went back in the next day I have told them the order was missing a large fries and been charged extra,they were rejected to refund me even i was i regular customer.
i will never go there again.

Food has gone right down hill ordered donner meat and chips and all the chips are soggy , last time I ordered chicken and mushroom pizza and there was bones inside the pizza I took photos for evidence, shouldn't be happening , sent my child in there he gave her the wrong order so spoke to him about it and he was arguing with me , noo need for it

I used to frequent this location when I lived around the corner for here and could pick up the order, had a great relationship with the location even to the point of giving scrap meat to my dog when walking past.I moved out of the area and occasionally order via online apps and tonight fancied a hit of comfort food.The first order took over an hour to arrive, the food was tepid at best, the chips were left for so long in the polystyrene that they had become soggy with the water from the condensation in the container they had been left that long. So I ordered and got a replacement half an hour later. However, two of the items were not correct. A second replacement was brought and again they were incorrect, I called and a member of staff tried to tell me they were in the bag, they weren't. I asked for a replacement to be brought, it was agreed but then ten minutes later I was called and told I wouldn't get a replacement and next time I order they'd make it up for it - something I'm confident they'd deny if I attempt to ask next time. I have asked for them to contact JustEat to cancel the order to refund me instead.I was loyal to this takeaway for the best part of a decade, would always order something when friends came from out of town because of how good their food was. If I hadn't moved away this would have been my local today.Sadly this whole experience has made it clear that they are no longer the same place that I enjoyed and I won't be returning.I understand the first order being wrong, and if it was fixed not an issue. But for it to go wrong a further two times is careless and shows they don't value the quality of their food.When talking to the location I have been hung up on three times and dismissed also.

I just ordered a pizza and chips , one string off long black hair was on my pizza so I didn?t eat it. Then I wanted to dip my chips in the sauce dip and and they was dust in the sauce I absolutely feel sick.
