“If you can overlook how worn out and slightly scruffy the Hull Prospect centre store looks, the service is brilliant. The staff bent over backwards to find me exactly what I was looking for and I’m very grateful. I really wanted an engagement ring that was not in stock in my size but they procured it from another store and was ready to collect within 3 days from order. They kept me informed of their progress and the entire service was brilliant. Their products are very well priced too, I only wish the head office would grace the staff with a shiny new store fit out as it looks very rough around the edges and the technology the staff have to use looks like something from the ice age! The store had it available immediately and matched a lower price I had elsewhere which needed to be ordered in. The watch came quickly and well packaged, unfortunately however I noticed it wasn't running within spec and it needed to be serviced.
