Won't speak about the charity side, but the profit making support service they pretend to provide is terrible. They completely abandoned many clients during the pandemic and have Introduced disrcrimitory terms of service , hiked their prices and replaced decent compassionate managers with authoritarian pen pushers only concerned with profitThey also have a monopoly in the East Riding. Action against them is ongoing.

I had to phone police due to data protection breach by staff membersAfter making several complaints no action taken I was left no choice but to report them to the charities commission which is their regulatorThe situation is currently ongoing

Mind are very supportive and in thier job simply because they care, I've been in mind accommodation for 3 years and received my flat in November 2021 which is also with mind and I can live here as long as I want, they let me keep my pet snail Albert too which I had before I moved into mind accommodation, but one thing that a lot of me and residents would appreciate so much is if we are allowed to have pet dogs and cats in our lives as it would really benifit our mental health and give us company, thank you if you keep my request in consideration :)

Mind has really helped me. It is well worth contacting them if you have mental health problems. They offer one to one counselling, as well as courses, groups, etc.It is easy to find, has full wheelchair access and has lots of on street parking close by.
