Very helpful, My mum is disabled and the lovely assistant Yvonne was very patient and involved my mum in all the aspects of the purchase. We were offered a cuppa and biscuits, and we were allowed the time to make a conscientious decision on the purchase. My mum is very happy with her purchase ?
