DO NOT USE. SCAMMERS. Everyone at this shop lies through their teeth. When you find a problem (and you'll find multiple) they lie, Manipulate and threaten. When that doesn't work they block your number.I'm not the 1st person to get the police involved to remedy the situation and I'm sure I won't be the last!

Please don't bring any electronic machine from here ,they are irresponsible person,last month I bought washing machine from here ,I done payment 170 pound .now it's not working,i requested to them regarding for repairing but they spoke very rude .at last my husband went down their shop and spoke with them ,then they send engineer,now they exchanged washing machine,that also not , even I can't connect machine properly.so am beg please don't trust these people

They are so untruthful and very poor customer service. I bought a gas cooker from them, unfortunately 2 out of the 4 burners weren't working, so I contacted them, they said their engineers can't repair that an exchange would be better that I should call a gas engineer to remove the old one that they will get me a new one that week, I agreed and did as told, only for them not to bring it as promised. I rang them and they denied it that they didn't tell me they will do an exchange after making me to waste money. Up till now they keep posting me and lying to me.despite going to their office severall.y.They are so full of lies ??

They are connected to the old company at the address who did the same and that company van has just delivered appliance at the appliance shop on anlaby Rd oppo tower. Weird shop see so much activity of delivery of appliances but never anybody buying mmmm

Bought washer and fridge. Expect to spend ~200-300 for these two items here. Machines are all 'refurbished'.Our washer ended up having a fault, and trying to get it swapped was such a faff. Fridge then completely broke down, and all our food went off. Replacing this was much more of a hassle. Should've just saved more money and gone without for few weeks and bought from elsewhere.People didnt answer calls, or would fob us off a lot. If you're lucky and get machines that work from the start no issue, congrats, but we had to swap machines, and they're not the best (all discontinued models so would be expensive to get someone else to fix).The insurance thing for washer is only three months, and fridge is only 6 months.Thanks for machines, but we wont be coming back unfortunately.

They are very happy to take your money but they are liars. One of them asked me that I'm happy to give 5 pounds more for water hose. I said ok but when the washing machine was arrived the pipe was not included. It was my mistake because I not checked back of the machine so now is too late to prove that fact. But I still state that's not ok for clients.The deliver man was alone and ask me for help. That's also not fair because I'm older person and I've paid for delivery. So not recommended. This is not a business. This is a mess. Avoid that address, that's my opinion.

I have bought from this company a few times in the past and never had an issue. Until recently. I bought and paid for a tumble dryer. It didn't work. The engineer said it couldn't be repaired so it was replaced... But after waiting for two weeks for the engineer to call round to look at it despite promises it would be "today sometime" daily for the two weeks. The replacement was tested by them to "work" and so we tried to dry clothes. After 7 hours the clothes were still not dry, the engineer said it had a non repairable fault with the condenser pump. They said it would be replaced again. Every day for a week they promise it will be delivered anytime upto 9 pm, and every day it never appears.The shop staff say it's up on the list for "today" and even claim it's been delivered but then say it was left off the delivery in error.... They offer awarrentythey are not prepared to honour.

My partner and I purchased a tumble dryer from this company recently and have had nothing but trouble, the first machine never worked, and it took them 2 weeks to replace it, costing me a fortune going to launderettes..then they did replace the machine never worked properly either. We persevered for a few weeks but 7 hours to half dry clothing is not fully functioning. We eventually rang the shop, they have a "guaranteed 24 hours response period" which has never happened. The engineer appeared a few days later, tried to fix it, failed and 2 weeks later we're STILL waiting with a handful of broken promises it will be delivered "today" (that's been said every day over the 2 weeks) and it never happens. Do not buy from them, I cannot recommend in the slightest.

The first washer we got wouldn?t work it got fixed then broke again .then we got another one and wouldn?t even work at all and now they won?t refund us as we don?t want other one of there washers for it just brake after 3 days

Sold me a washer missing a leg instead of a washer dryer then proceeded to ignore me. Will be taking this to the furniture & home improvement ombudsman if still no response by the end of the day.
