Staff are always patient, polite and helpful when I call and buy from their shops.

I like this store: the layout, the products. I also found the staff exceptionally polite and helpful and always smiling, so I like shopping there.I would love to be able to order online but they use Hermes delivery company, which is not acceptable for me.

Generally I've always found H&B staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately in this store I haven't been so impressed of late.
