Amazing! I popped in unannounced with a flat tyre on my way to work this morning and not only were they able to fit me in right away it was done within 15 mins and for a very good price. Everyone I met was so lovely and helpful too. I will definitely be recommending you to everyone - Big thank you ?

Wheel balancing was suggested by my main service dealer after they replaced the front tyres but their machine broke down. They were charging over £130 to do it. Great fortune on my part. Took the car to HiQ, Spring Bank. Result.....no charge! There was only 1 minor adjustment to be done so no charge. Incredible! Thank you for your honesty HiQ guys. Tremendous service.

I always go to this garage for any maintenance or repair work just because of how quick and efficient they are. But the last couple of days are a perfect example of why they are my number 1, go to garage. I had my brakes changed on a 2018 Astra, but we ran into some issues. Josh and all of the team there spent a lot of their busy time investigating and working hard on resolving the issues. I very much appreciate the effort they went into getting the car sorted. Those lads will look after you, a credit too the company :)

Called in after exhaust pipe split in town, wondered if they could tie the pipe up if nothing else so we could get home, they looked at the car straight away and told us they could get a replacement clamp within an hour which we were thrilled with, then even better they had one in stock and fitted it straight away for us, within 10 minutes we were on our way and I imagine it was half the price our main dealer would charge.

I recently went here a couple of weeks back when I realised my rear tyre had gone. Guys really helpful and sorted it within 15 minutes on Saturday. Would recommend!
