Nice shop, lovely layout and plenty of stock. However, customer service could be better. Stood at the till and the assistant was too busy talking to someone in his headset. Felt this was rude and ignorant.

A very nice discount supermarket in the old cinema at Derringham BankIt is well served by public transport EYMS 63, 54 and 56. There is a small carpark to the rear of the store.All of the major discounters seem to have difficulty sourcing goods since we we left the single market so reliable availability is poor.But if you are happy to shop in a hit and miss manner it is fine.Competitive prices and reasonable choice.

Light and airy, whilst not my local Heron, this is one I like to check out on a regular basis due to it being a larger store with plenty to offer both in range and price.
