Been here twice now and got refused to get served food because they cant employee people on a sunday there open 4 days a week and they cant employee another worker to get cracking becuase the place gets busy ?
Food might be good never tasted but Poor running of a business.

Fell upon the Hearth by accident and a pleasant experience it was. The chef produces exquisite and interesting combinations of ingredients to satisfy ones taste buds. Wife also happy with the result.

Had the most amazing experience! An outstanding lunch, we shared the szechuan honey chicken to start, with their homemade breads which was delicious! Then, the mixed grill, which was amazing with the most divine crispy potatoes and garlic spring greens. For dessert the strawberry trifle and chocolate delice the perfect end to our lunch.
Highly recommended, excellent service and the most delicious food we have eaten for a while.
We can't wait to return for lunch again.

Went today for my anniversary. Honestly, have to say we had the best Sunday roast that we?ve both ever had. The staff were brilliant (as we have a newborn) and were friendly, accommodating and made us feel welcome. This was our first visit to Hull and would consider driving back just to go to the restaurant again! Fantastic!

What a fantastic place this is, Sunday lunch for us and your best to book as it is popular. Set menu of 2 or 3 courses but the choice and variety is excellent. Flavours were amazing and the service was excellent too. Can?t wait to go back and try the other options I missed out on today

Had Sunday lunch today. We've eaten in a lot of high end restaurants over the years, and Hearth is up there with the best. The best Sunday lunch we've eaten. The food was cooked and presented so well. The staff are great too. Thank you. We'll be back soon, with the family.
