A really good company to deal with. They care about both Landlords and Tenants. Issues are dealt with very promptly. They take the time to match tenants to suitable properties which makes for excellent longterm lets.

Amazing from start to finish, from the gentlemen sorting the viewing, to the lady in the office and the maintenance guy - all were brilliant. Nothing was ever to big for them to fix, no matter the time. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Absolutely terrible agent... They messed up a viewing time due to lack of organisation and their response when you complain is to ignore your calls and when you do eventually speak to them all you get is attitude. Awful customer service, if you want people to be able to view your property do not use this agent

In October 2017 we was told by Headstart properties that our landlord was selling our property in May/June 2018 we was in October going redecorate the full house ( paint what was grubby from kids ect and new carpets on 2018) however we decided not to bother due to the landlord selling and if we found a property sutible we was out. We finally found a new property in April 17 we liked and handed our notice in, we moved out and arranged for headstart to come down to view they now want to keep our deposit to redecorate because they now think the landlord is not selling he wants to rent again.
