Cute little shop with an amazing range of jelly cats at the back of the shop. I finally found the one I had been looking for and it was at a reasonable price! Staff were super friendly and gave us some leaflets to get discount on their website

I waited more than 8 weeks for my order. I got No response on my mails in that time.I paid 13£ for the shipping to germany and after receiving my package I needed to pay about 15£ customs duty.The products are nice but there are a Lot of stores with nice products...

I found this business online. I wanted a fragrance refill for my fragrance lamp. I always - wherever possible use more independant shops. Firstly what made them stand out.was the name! I could not believe the extremely good choice they had. The fragrance I chose was on sale- but even the full price was extremely competitive. The service was excellent- even with all the postal strikes. The fragrance is just beautiful. I will most definitely order from again. First class service! I would highly recommend this business ?

What a beautiful little shop, what amazingly polite and friendly staff.Popped in for an oil burner. The staff were really nice and helped me with all my needs. They were really friendly and was having some jokes with me.Good value for money and very clean inside. The quality and selection of stock is really good.

Not a nice company to deal with. Wanted to place an order which all started very nice and then someone called Laura became rude. I'm quite surprised you have a business if you treat potential customers this way. I certainly won't ever use them and suggest you perhaps take a course in customer relations!

went in store and was stared at and followed the whole time like I was a thief or something - bought a couple things and both women working there were so abrupt and rude - not sure why they're working in retail when they act like they're above everyone and can't treat customers with respect - won't be going there ever again
