Excellent service today. My oil warning light came on last night & was a Sunday so no way of sorting. Went online booked in to be topped up at the St Andrews store was so easy. I turned up 9am was driving away within 10 minutes

Under staffed and left at the counter unattended for 20 minutes when trying to purchase a bike and a scooter. Told under staffed and nothing could be done. Pathetic service

Saved the day ...was on a road trip ,hundreds of miles from home .going across the humber Bridge my offside wing mirror decided to leave after 133 000 miles. It just fell off and is now in the humber estuary I. guess. Sat nav took me to halfords just a mile away ..all sorted . They couldn't have been nicer .well done.all fixed and we carried on ..thanks guys.

Order was processed by Dave who remembered me from being a member of staff about 30 years ago !!! Didn?t recognize me but remembered my name when doing the receipt. It took me a few seconds to process , but that?s some amazing staff retention.
