This is what you carwash did to my car. £2-300 of damage. When I complained I was told, over and again that I'd parked incorrectly. This was repeated like a mantra. The car was between the metal rails set in the floor and halted when the green light turned red as I'd done many times before. There were no other markings, indications or instructions. Your behaviour was bullying and aggressive. If I could give you a no star rating, I would. You don't deserve to be trading if you treat customers like this.
