Went in at 2pm Saturday hardly any sandwiches left
Went in today around 11am about 4 options of sandwiches available, and no chicken bakes this has happened on many occasion now and 1 of the ladies serving was so ignorant no please or thank you

Food was OK sandwich was a bit over done lady forgot to put lid on
Had to ask for one really the downside was the shop is a franchise so the sandwich and latte I got was £7.25 as they do not support many meal deals but there is nothing on the boards to tall you this

Good food, lovely staff and quick service. I can't say there's a 'good atmosphere' because it is in a petrol station, but there is a bench outside to eat at and plenty of parking.

Food is usually good, but very expensive for what it is. Staff are not very friendly, I felt like I was inconveniencing the young lady who served me, she never even said good bye when I left. I cannot for the life of me understand why these sullen young people get jobs in customer service when they have little or no people skills.

franchise chain, overly priced, usually get our food "same order every time for £11 in hull" cost £17.55 in this store, staff are miserable as sin, felt like I need to crack a bottle of whisky open and talk about life choices, it's the same every time...

Walked into this Greggs and a family were picking sandwiches and deciding what they wanted. I walked straight to the front of the till as they were still deciding what they were going to pick and I knew what I wanted. The Greggs female employee then looked at me then looked at the family and said ?what can I get you?? To which they responded ?oh we don?t know serve him first? pointing at me. The Greggs employee then said to me ?what do you want??. Clearly the Greggs employee didn?t like the look of me because her customer service and attitude was horrendous! My sausage rolls were then hastily shoved in a bag which ripped and slammed on the counter! Wow what an awful employee and really needs lessons in customer service. If I was a Greggs manager I?d be getting rid of this employee as a matter of urgency as it?s bringing the Greggs name and brand down. I won?t be returning to this particular Greggs anymore but unfortunately!
