Still waiting on getting the right hand side of the sofa delivered after being delivered 2 left hand sides. This has been over a week! Also promised a loan table and chairs from Tom in the Hull store which they apparently do when there's a long wait however we've been told that was untrue by a very rude girl called Elizabeth who also works in the Hull store. Still waiting on a call back from the manager which we were promised would call by last Friday. Absolutely horrendous customer service!

Thank you Emma, for all your help choosing our new sofa. It was a pleasure going into the store and feeling relaxed, not pressurised to buy anything and very friendly with a lovely atmosphere in the store. The parking was great, especially if you have mobility issues and it is lovely getting refreshments and cookies to keep you going. Thank you to all the lovely staff.

I bought a mattress and 2 pillows and they said it was going to be delivered together and that the delivery person will unpack and get rid of the rubbish, turns out they've only delivered my mattress and not the pillows and the delivery person just dumped it and left, doesnt even have a clue about the delivery, but thats fine Im not complaining about that because they said the lady who accommodated us was new, what upsets me is that when I rang them to ask about the pillows they said they cant do it on their end as it was on the warehouse, I had to push her if theres anything else she can do about it, or find the order because she wasn't giving me any further information and she's not very helpful. She was so dismissive. Went to this store just to check if they can provide me further information, turns out that the lady I spoke on the phone was the lady at the store (Elizabeth) and she kept on insisting I "already told you!". Again she was rude and dismissive, I dont know if thats just how she deals with customers or shes just racist. I left the store keeping myself together as I was fuming. It wouldve been nice if they have apologize for the misinformation and the inconvenience, and furthermore because they couldnt help me. Good thing I haven't bought my duvan and sofa, or who knows how much inconvenience this will cause me. They say they look out for their customers but I guess thats just a tagline. Would never come back to the store and would never recommend it to family and friends!!!

E Greenwood made our experience fantastic. We arrived and she was there to support and advise and give us knowledgeable information when buying a mattress. She explained everything to us in a way which we understood. Whilst answering any questions we have. Letting us have time to try the mattresses out and find the one we loved. She always had a smile on her face and made us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. P.s go and buy a gel touch 3000 if your partner sweats at night. Problem solved ??? Gemma was the lady who helped me. To cut a long story short, she went over and above to get me the sofa I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and although she was very busy, still did it with a smile.What also impressed me about visiting here, no-one chased me around the store trying to make false small talk. They just acknowledged you went you went in and were around if you had any questions. First class service and I will make Furniture Village my first place to visit for any future purchases. Thank you.

We ordered 2 dining chairs 5 weeks ago from the York Store. We was told delivery would be 2 weeks. I have rang and rang and left messages, no reply back. I have also emailed again no reply back. We had to travel 80 miles round trip to go to the store. Spoke to a manager who assured us he would sort this and let us know the following day again no phone call back. Eventually got through to the store and was told they would ring the following day as they still had no information. Will never order from this company again.

Gemma was so helpful during our visit to Furniture Village in Hull. Even though we didn?t buy anything on this occasion, she did the best she could to help us look at the different options available - and there were some great options! Update: Ah if course I spoke too soon. Completely ignore their waffle about delivery, well over 2 weeks and the sofa still sat in the store.Easily the best sofa store on st Andrews. Not pushy, super friendly and accommodating. Got a great deal on a clearance sofa and couldn't be happier

Fantastic customer service as always! this is my third sofa from furniture village and iv never had any problems, the quality of the products are 5*. Gemma and Jason are so welcoming and friendly, they made my experience 10 times better.
