Used as an Amazon Hub Point for delivery, shop refused the parcel 3 days in a row. Reason given by staff was "it was too large", package was a single draw air fryer. On the last delivery attempt I received a barcode stating collect, wasn't easy sorting when it wasn't. Frustrating because it doesn't state this when selecting/ordering, amazon won't let you change the address on an item and automatically go for next day re-delivery 3 times before offered a solution. Staff member was unhelpful and unapologetic.

Popped in this afternoon for some DHL information and a lottery ticket. Very friendly and helpful staff - excellent service - thank you! Let?s hope we got the winning ticket ?
