Had a great experience buying my car from here. The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. Kye especially was very helpful throughout the whole process, no question was too silly and we felt very confident in our purchase thanks to the staff here. I would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid with all costs. Phil Hammond the manager is an absolute disgrace. His attitude is so nasty which reflects why all his staff look miserable. I was looking outside and was pounced on at the door, I asked about negotiation on price rounding down and knocking off £50 and was told to go buy elsewhere if i don?t like the price, before I could even discuss part exchanging my Mazda I walked as the manager laughed in my face and said basically said if you can?t afford leave. He was a bald headed nasty big egotistic man, as a woman I didn?t feel safe around him at all. Ended up going back to Mazda and they gave me amazing service.

I bought a Citroen C5 Aircross PHEV from Citroen Hull recently. Scot was the Sales Executive, I dealt with throughout the process. The service and communication was very good. Scot explained things clearly. Whenever I called, the phone was answered quickly, I was never in a queue waiting to be answered. At times when I called, Scot was with another customer, but he will answer and inform me that he was with another customer and would call me back, which he always did. Scot was always polite and answered any queries I had. There were couple of occasions, where I felt Scot was in rush to go before I finished answering my questions. So I had to rush to get the words out, which he answered clearly. I think this might have been due to him being busy. However, as mentioned, Scot always answered clearly and politely. So communication and service was excellent.My car was delivered to me. It was very clean inside and out. It was delivered on the day and time he said it would be delivered. The delivery driver, John was polite, patient and nice to show me arund the car and explained any queries I had. So, a very good experience. 5 star on service and communication through out from day 1 and all the way through to the car getting delivered. I am giving 4 star overall, only because hardly any discount was given during negotiating on the price of the car. However, a very good service, communication and experience overall. I would recommend Citroen Hull and Scot if you are looking for a car.

We took my cactus c4 in for its annual service and mot, whilst we were sat waiting for these to be done we were approached by the sales advisor Matt to see if we interested in getting a new car. We couldn?t fault Matt?s service he went out of his way to find us a car that suited all our needs and within our budget. I would recommend Matt for his impeccable customer service and dedication into getting to know his customers to provide the best possible service. He was outstanding and I would recommend him if anyone is wishing to purchase a new/used car. We are now waiting for our new car to arrive ??

Couldn?t recommend this dealership enough! Definitely go to kye for any of your car needs, he was extremely helpful with my boyfriend in finding his new car! Explained everything clearly and helped him find the best affordable option. The weather was really warm when we went to look at the Merc, he gave us all bottles of water & was really kind. Was quick on booking a test drive on this car too. Couldn?t thank him enough for his time & help!!
