I was overcharged for the treatment I booked for. I was told by kirsty she would refund me the money within two days which she didn't. I'm now having to go through the stress of providing invoice etc for my bank. I won't be returning which is a shame. I also paid the amount which included one further treatment so I'm even more out of pocket. I really don't like leaving negative reviews but this has caused me a lot of stress.

Fantastic back massage by Kirsty,got all the knots out,after initial consultation,she knew exactly were my pain was,will be returning for more treatments,thanks Kirsty.
