This place is a joke! Phoned at 8:00am to book a doctors appointment, was on hold 27 minutes then told the doctor is fully booked. No option to pre-book for another day. Utter ludicrous

Impossible to get through to this practice on the phone to order repeat prescriptions even though its automated...If you work 9-5 forget using the NHS because the surgery is only available part time and all online services only work if your GP registered you. I have had the same GP for 30 years never had a problem until 2020. Only ever had 1 regular medication now have no way off accessing more.
