Disgusting!!! Worst customer service ever.
The guy in store was soo ignorant, he doesn?t even bother to say hello, after waiting there for a while to collect my pizza he was like ?What do you want?, he should learn how to speak to the customers.

Went in to collect an order for my son and was in there 10 minutes before anyone even asked me what I was there for. My son's order was on the screen and it said ready now. 5 more minutes passed before someone asked me what I was there for. I told them the name of the order and they said okay. 5 minutes later, the guy I had said okay to me was just carrying on with doing something else and I said, excuse me, is the order ready? He said, ah yes, sorry. Then proceeded to get my order together. Absolute shambles and to not acknowledge me when I came in was just rude. There was other names on the list and they all said ready, but I was the only one there (guess the others were delivery orders possibly?). It takes nothing to stop for a second and say can I help you. Need to sort out the customer service as far as I'm concerned. Also the guy getting the pizza's ready, did not wash his hands when after preparing the next pizza. He picked various toppings from chicken, pepperoni, sweetcorn and others to go on a pizza, then went straight to the dough to make another different pizza. When he picked the sweetcorn, it was clearly in some water dripping as he put it on the pizza so his hands were wet. No gloves used at all and the man was as hairy as Cousin IT from The Adams Family. Think they need some hygiene lessons, or maybe allergen awareness course would be good. God help it if you are a vegan getting a pizza and he picks up chicken for a previous order and doesn't wash his hands as hey lays your veggie option pizza. Sort it out please ??

I just wanted to share my experience with this Store i?ve ordered every Thursday for the last three weeks. My first order was amazing outstanding my second order was good but not as good as the first one and my latest order was Poor my complaint was I had a lot of barbecue base on the Texas barbecue then I had a media amount of base and then I had hardly any sauce on the last one. There?s just no consistency.

Cold Pizzas, Taken over 2 hours to deliver an watching the driver for another 45minutes to deliver on the Tracker app Dominos policy is to drop the pizza not multi drop courier, then phoned was very rude said we have a busy night can?t exchange because will be another hour or so.. would not refund even though I taken the pizzas back to store. Once they have your money they don?t care use Papa Johns ONLY Dominos Hull is horrendous.

Ordered on line, but called to update order, for one pizza to have no cheese. So when a cheese pizza turned up, had to wait a further 30 minutes for a secondary pizza to be made.

Very quick, accurate and patient... A star removed for not having menus for the sight impaired. No atmosphere as it's a pick up or waiting area. Very good
