Tried to order delivery on Uber Eats. Even though many other drivers could make the delivery and contact me on arrival, this place can?t. Didn?t deliver the food, and I may not get a refund through the app. I?m done with this Domino?s and Uber Eats.

Very Disappointing Experience!
Just now I ordered a pizza, and it was by far the worst I?ve ever had. They drowned it in sauce, making it a soggy mess, and I could barely find any cheese. The little cheese that was there wasn?t even melted! This was a total waste of money and a huge disappointment. I?ve had pizzas from Domino?s before, and not all of them are like this, but this one was just unacceptable. It was supposed to be cheesy and delicious, but instead, it ruined my night. It didn?t even taste like a proper pizza. Definitely not worth it.

Today (19/08/2024), I had the most welcoming dining experience in Hull over the past year. The lady who took my order, was incredibly kind and helpful. It's also great to find a place that still offers Diet Coke, which is rare in most restaurants nowadays.

Absolutely shocking service ordered a meal
Combo with desert pizza was wrong rang to ask for another order re delivered so we could eat our meal all at the same time all the would do is send another pizza so had a revise meal ..chicken garlic bread then dough balls then 20 mins later our new pizza came .

The Disabled toilet was full with the delivery ? high chairs and chairs opened the door couldn't quite squeeze into the toilet area to sit on the toilet and then 1staff member said it doesn't work once our food was served we stood at the bench bar to be told we wasn't allowed to eat our food inside, why have an eating area if or disabled toilet ? if your going to refuse customer's access to them?

The food was amazing and there was an item missing but the delivery driver redelivered and the manager provided a complementary drink. Really trustworthy excellent quality of food and customer service!!!!
