Poor customer service regarding missing part. 3 working days just to hear back and not actually sort the issue. Tried to put forward a complaint not even a department for this, nobody wants to help you - just “I’ll get someone to call you back” then nothing. Really bad customer service.

Already left in Trust pilot, however I'm making sure people are aware of rip offs.
My wife went to buy a sofa bed for one of the spare rooms. Everything was going ok until being informed it was going to be £129 to deliver. Not even allowed to collect unless you pay in full?
The reply was even better from the store...
