Wanted to pay for a TV gave them the money, ross then said they can't do anything in store because of the gift card because it came out more (304) when all I wanted was to pay for the TV and have no stress, theu refused to give me my mo ey back because its locked on to this gift card when I paid cash now I have to wait till maybe Tuesday at the earliest to even get a reply never mind actually getting money back or the TV! Absolutely joke they didn't even know what they was doing neither did the stupid manager, be going back in on Monday and won't be leaving till its sorted.

There,s an excellent display of goods on show. It has good free parking. There,s nearby eating establishments. If you see something the same cheaper they will match. Lots of TV,s working on display.

Buying a tablet assistant checked it out on a computer which was miles away both unable to walk far, we said yes then had to walk miles to pay. The assistant said wait a minute left mid transaction said there was a problem? Left it with a here to help guy and went off to help out 2 young lads? We waited and watched i shouted him only for him to say it won't go through till without insurance? Rude disinterested a female member of staff was embarrassed for us. Well we got exactly same one 1 hour later at a Currys who are caring.

Ordered an iPad online for same day collection and never received a notification letting me know it was ready so went th the store to find it hadn?t arrived so liam advised me to call customer support who were useless and said there was a server fault,in the end I bought a iPad from the store and waiting for refund for online order
Lesson I have learnt is go to the store and shop local

Do not get the care and repair plan, it's the scam. I've tried to use it, but I found out it's essentially a second warranty. And they don't repair broken TV. No matter what they tell you, it's the law if something brakes within a reasonable time of it meant to be working. They have to fix it. So that means i've been sold a product. I don't need. Unless they can fix physical damages, there's no benefits to it. Absolute scam. I'll be the 1st to put my claim in when it inevitably comes to court.
