i have been miss sold a fridge freezer at no point of sale did the assistant tell me it is uncompatible with an outbuilding...I bought it for my garage paid for deliveryinsolation and old one to be taken from garage..Now I'm stuck with item that doesn't work its a health hazard eating contaminated unfrozen food...I was told to put it in the house by the clough rd manager IAN ..i bought it for the same place as my old one...Currys conducted in dealing with complaints is disgraceful

Absolutely disgusting ur staff are Ignorant and rude then currys put the prices up on a 800£ cooker wanted me to pay extra 100 OK thts fine then extra Delivery then thy wanted to try push me for 2 year's Insurance on a product which should actually already come with 3 years insurance.???? Nar ripp off Briton yet a again ill take my cash eles where Companies like you. It's what's wrong with Britain.

Always trying to get you to buy their product cover, which you don't need and as the products get older the price goes up as the liklihood of your product breaking increases. Which makes the initial year totally pointless as it's under warranty anyway..
