We went for a phone, we waited quite a while to be seen, even though staff were just stood chatting to each other, one about what they're doing at the weekend.
We had to approach someone for help.
The lady who did see to us, was really helpful and we walked out with a new phone for my daughter.

I like currys as its my go to for house hold electrical stuffs.
But if its busy and you just want a little bit of help, or just ask a couple of questions on a product it can take up to 45mins to be seen as they put you in a queue system.

Had to put a star just so I could write something. It?s great been stood at the till for over 5 minutes while they walk around the store looking at you. Shocking customer service!!

Extremely sloooooow terrible service. I honestly despise having to go to this place. No one is ever available, the wait times are awful, and the service does not have a smile. There maybe one or 2 people who are okay but still not the best service. 99% of the time, it is dreadful, and I've find the staff to be not very knowledge in tech. Worst currys I've ever been too.

It's easy to purchase products when you have a Curry's account. You can buy a fridge freezer with artificial intelligence for £500 and pay 0% over 12 months
The sales guy was trying hard to sell me 3 yrs insurance for £100 but when the fridge freezer was set up I ended up getting 2yrs Warranty and 10 yrs Parts for Free which I was not told this info at Curry's

Came a month ago to buy an iPad (£300) and had a few questions regarding the product. No one came and asked me for help. Came in today to buy an iPhone (£1,099) and spent 25 minutes waiting for someone to ask me for help. Did a few laps around the store, either on their phones or talking to each other. Not spending money at a store that can?t even ask you if you need any help. Can see by the reviews that I?m not the only one. Horrible service.

I was going to but a vacuum cleaner and wanted some advice before spending almost £500, but the staff weren't interested and after being in the store for almost 30 minutes I decided if they weren't bothered, why should I be and left.
