I was stood at the counter around 9.30 wanting some white emulsion...I waited what seemed ages before I was served because the Male and female were busy looking at the paint mixing machine which got me thinking why does it take 2 to do one job when the other could be serving me the guy said to me McPhersons is the cheapest white emulsion so I bought it at 12 quid plus vat by the way it's good paint what covered easily in 2 coats on top of the ceiling I'd skimmed

Guy was very helpful unfortunately even though it serves trade/retail. Facilities not the best for retail. Wanted sample pots £3.50 store, online cheaper. No colour swatches either. I like crown paint if I can get it but stores like B&Q don't stock it.

Great place to buy paint, the staff is very helpful and provide the right advice in terms of paint and materials to use, the paint is high quality , recently I just re-decorate my house using their ELLE by Crown, what a lovely paint, coverage is fantastic and the colors are amazing, highly recommend this place to buy your paints

Went this shop on Friday 5/2/2021 I have a card to say I'm exempt from wearing a mask the big man behind the counter would not service me and ask what medical condition I have in front of other people in the shop and then after showing him my exempt card told me to leave. I am going to disability rights

Went to finally start doing a makeover of our house and looked for paint- wow, what a service the Crown Centre in Hull is providing, very knowledgable, super friendly and so keen to help. The local manager, Nando if I remember right, went out of his way to help- even came out of hours to deliver an additional lot to our house- 5 star - I would give more stars if I could!
