Toilets are disgusting even though the cleaning person was mopping the floor when I arrived. They must have not seen the poo in the toilet, urine on the seat or tissues on the floor.

I recently visited a lovely Costa Coffee location that is wheelchair-friendly and has plenty of parking nearby. It's nestled in a bustling retail area with lots of great shops. The food is delicious, and the staff are super friendly. There are plenty of options for vegetarians, and they even offer some tasty vegan choices. Additionally, they have a disabled toilet on the premises. The only downside was that the Bakewell tart didn't quite taste like it should ? it was more like a cherry tart.
Vegetarian options: And vegan options too.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible with button to gain access.

Service was amazing. We were served by a woman called Sally who was so bright and cheerful and happily explained the charity wheel to us after my husband asked. The food was amazing. I had a whipped white chocolate latte and a slice of orange and raspberry Victoria sponge and both were delicious and full of flavour. 100% recommended popping in!

The service was fine, food and drink what you expect but the toilet....it is hard to describe. Think Glastonbury meets truckstop on a day when a bad stomach flu is going around. There is really no excuse, this was 10 in the morning and it was rank..Vegetarian options: Where are they? And if you say cheese it doesn't count.

Come here when we visit icerink out of the town centre. Clean and tidy, staff are fantastic. Haven't had the food from here yet. Quality of drinks
