Great location with a team of staff that are polite and highly professional, making everyone feel welcomed and valued. Always clean regularly, lovely coffee, and the service is quick. It?s a refreshing place to go to that stands out for all the right reasons. One of my favourite spots in the city centre, it can also be a calming atmosphere that helps ease mild anxiety when the place can be quieter.

Exceptionally quick efficient and friendly service. Toast was well cooked which is not always the case at Costa outlets. A few tables too close to each other when fully occupied. Overall a nice experience

It?s a Costa Coffee and a good one. Convenient location at beginning and end of trip into Hull by train or bus. Food and coffee as expected. Staff good.
