Visited this Costa today. It has been 2 years since my last visit as I am now living in Bristol. Great customer service, lovely atmosphere and very clean! Laura and Hannah were very helpful, they are a credit to the store! Thanks guys

Nice stop for a coffee, you need to use a code for the toilets which is a bit hard if you don't get told to. FYI its on the bottom of your receipt.

Has to be the dirtiest Costa coffee place going and that's saying something as most have cleanliness issues the service was absolutely rubbish and the drinks well I might aswell thrown them away the toliets all broken and in a right state that includes the disabled one so this was my last try at Costa and definitely won't be using them again a shocking place that needs looking at by the franchisee!!

We called in after we had been to the theatre, I was very disappointed that chairs were already on the tables ready for closing. There were still plenty of people coming in, I
didn't find it particularly welcoming !!
I am never impressed with the toilets in Costa Coffees either. They are never clean & there is always toilet tissue on the floors. I have been in a few toilets when I visit a Costa & they are always the same.
On a happier note, the young lad who served us was very pleasant & friendly.

Just great every time I go. Also use the Costa app as you can usually get some good deals off off food and drinks.

I like it going to COSTA with my grandchildren ??. comfortable tables and chairs, wide aisles. There are also small high chairs for feeding babies. Gorgeous views from the windows. Friendly, cultured staff. Excellent selection of food and drinks.Kid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: It is first floor.
