Leave you stood at front desk for around 10 minutes whilst chatting behind counter and the Que is huge. Charge for you for items several times forgetting to put them in your bag. Also didn’t realise putting hot food away for regulars reserving food was a thing. Customer service here is non existent.

Kerry the manager and Chris are amazing at there job go above and beyond to make our sandwiches how we like them. The shop is very clean and a very friendly happy shop. Thank you xx
