Staff very rude. I work with vulnerable adults and they always have attitude when we bring them in the buy sandwiches, today a lady threw a sausage roll down the glass instead of putting it on the side for us to collect it had to catch it falling on the floor

Absolute joke of a company 8.45 in the morning and there's lots of people in the shop and you have one woman serving who decides to have a chat for 5 minutes with the woman in front of me. I then order 2 sandwiches and pay for them by card only then to be told they have no tomatoes or bacon it's 8.45 am and you're supposed to do breakfast until 11am how have you ran out already? So I asked for a refund to then be told it will have to be cash as they can't refund to a card, cooplands it's 2025 get with the times I can walk into Gregg's and get served instantly with whatever I want every single time because they have plenty of staff and always make sure they have the stuff ready for the sandwiches. Never again.

I used to be a regular customer for the cooplands, but now I have moved away from hull, I only visit every now and again, (at least one Sunday in one month) let me say how terrible the Bilton grange staff are, they?re never open on the times that are advertised, the staff are very rude when you question the opening times, and the staff attitude to working there is awful, no one looks happy or says good morning, I really think a new fresh team will make the stores popularity will shoot up again and more customers will shop and buy more products? the current staff need serious help or they need to go asap?. out with the miserable old and in with the happy new! Something needs to be done, I bet loads of customers don?t shop at the Bilton grange shop anymore, just because of the horrid staff!!!

It's alright but the staff seem to take forever loading up certain orders, specifically sandwiches which if you're in a rush like me and there's 3 people in front of you, you'd expect a little bit faster service.Great place though, used to go here back in secondary every lunchtime. Rewards scheme is good too.

Sitting on the fence a little ....visitor to the area. Own a business myself, didn't feel the customer service was something to be ecstatic about! Maybe good for locals, however if you're visiting the area and want a friendly smile and service, you may be having high expectations. ?

Loyalty card went to claim my free sandwich but they said that you have to buy something first well it doesn't say that on the terms and conditions on the card to so lost my custom just the worst.
