As soon as we walked in around 11:30 we wasn?t acknowledged, even though there was three staff members stood about and no other customers no one came to serve us. A woman came to serve us, her mouth full with food and said ?what do you want?. Only wanted a bacon sandwich, asked for a large, and she said what a medium. I said ?no a large please? she made the sandwich and I asked if it was warm. She looked at me and went ?ye it is?. Got home and the sandwich is so cold that the butter hadn?t even melted. Was rude for no reason at all, would give no stars if I could. Waste of money and time. Had a few bites of the sandwich, rest went in the bin.

Sandwich I got was premade from the chiller and can't fault it. However not a hello or smile. The two women behind the counter were to busy chowing about someone to give me a second thought apart from taking the money. Poor service.

Unfortunately one of the worst places to go shop! Staff are so unforgiving and miserable, the only reason I would go in there is when my children are asking for cheese straws. Went in there today and I can't believe the staff are still like this, absolutely disgusting.

Today we got 2 large bacon sandwichs a large sausage sandwich, they were awful caked in margarine cold and told the new size large total rip off. We bought pizzas for children they were burnt inedible we will not be back there!
