Only wanted some sausage rolls staff stood speaking to a old guy the guy accidently hit me in the face as I walked through the door staff just stood laughing about it and carried on speaking to the guy and didn?t serve me untill he left even tho he wasn?t buying anything just stood having a chat how unprofessional

I use cooplands fairly regular, they're on offer small sandwich (hot) and a coffee for £2 usual singe price £3.90 so excellent value for money, come highly recommended.
