TGTG collection times change last minute, giving you 4 minutes or less to collect ! Was this a deliberate act so they can fill up bags for their family & friends ! This was over bank holiday Easter weekend !

Never known such rude and can't be bothered staff before, not helpful and then never got what I asked for but was definitely charged for it. Never going in there again

Coopland's are another example of a bakery that aims to look fresh, good quality but everything they sell is so blatantly processed that you only ever go there if you're passing.
Nothing stands out, the coffee's are bland, the sausage rolls are pale and actually, it's cheaper to go to Greggs.

Sausage with salad cream, staff seemed a little bit rushed and confused. The sandwich was ok but the sausages were a little over cooked for me as I am losing my teeth due to gingivitis eating gets harder when things are over cooked. I appreciate that they are getting busier due to it being around 8.15am, but other cooplands are better in other areas at the moment.

Ordered an Ubereats order and I got less than half of my order arrived when I received it. I called up the store and the woman on the phone just seemed like she wanted to come off of the phone like she couldn't be bothered and kept saying she didn't know how to do a refund shouldn't your staff be able to deal with these issues?

use to be a good shop now its staff have no idea what a chicken mayo is, twice in a row now I've asked for a chicken mayo with onion and the first time I got chicken with salad cream and onion and the next time I got chicken salad cream with no onion.
